TRIATHLON SWIM TRAINING & TECHNIQUE DEVELOPMENT

Our all year round coached pool sessions are designed to improve your swim technique and performance for target races, open water swims, triathlons or general fitness. With British Triathlon, ASA and Swim Smooth trained and qualified coaches on poolside we will guide you through our annual progressive training schedules. With weekly sessions every Wednesday from 8pm till 9.30pm and Friday from 7am till 8am
we will monitor your progress and development with pace and technique throughout the year. Our beginners lane aims to work on your freestyle stroke whilst building confidence and efficiency to allow progression. We have lanes to suit your level and with regular attendance it’s proven to give you performance gains.
